NextShore FZ-LLC ships to Italy and across Europe.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 2–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to logistical factors or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.


Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from delivery.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygienic or consumable items (where applicable) cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or a shipping error occurred.

Refunds
